We are so excited each time a new resident enters into the Garden Way family and strive to do all we can to make him/her feel loved, welcomed and accepted. Upon move in, our residents are greeted with a welcome basket full of snacks and goodies to enjoy. Each member of the management team special gift to give our new residents as well.

Once a month we host a welcome party to get to meet our newest residents. Residents new and seasoned meet in the dining room and share coffee and pastries and then has the opportunity to tell a little about themselves, where they come from and hobbies and activities they enjoy. As the residents chat, they are able to see all the interests that they share. Everyone enjoys getting to know each other and building connections with their new family members.
We also have a welcome committee comprised of residents who love to meet and get to know our new residents! Each month the new residents are invited to enjoy a meal in the private dining room with our welcome committee. Here residents bonds are made and the welcome committee sees what the interest of the new residents are and which activities, events and clubs they would most enjoy!
