Two days a week we have Cindy O' Brien come in and instruct the Better Bones and Balance class. This class help promote good health and overall balance. Which is one of the first thing that most senior citzens have the most difficult time. The best part is this class is all done from the comfort of a chair. It gets harder for senior citizens to do just the normal on the ground excercises. So with having a chair that most excercises are able to be down with gives them a extra comfort about doing the standing excercises. All the residents that are coming to this class has seen a very dramatic change with their balance and stability and overall feeling physically the best at their ages.
