Friday's at Garden Way Retirement are special for residents, we always have our trip day on Fridays. Whether its going out to a restaurant for a special lunch or going out to the community and seeing what is out there. Friday the 4th, we went to the Village Table in Veneta. Group of residents and myself went. It was a resident's family owned business. Marie has different vendors that put displays in her shop and Marie sells it for them, plus she brings her own garden grown vegetables, herbs and flowers to her shop to sell also. Marie has a variety of different items and a very smooth relaxing feeling in her business. All the residents had a great time and enjoyed learning what the Village Table provides to their small community.
