Circuit class











On Wednesday, I hold two Circuit Classes. One in the morning at 9:30 and another at 1:00 pm. If you ever been to Curves, you would enjoy this class. We set up chairs in a circle. We have three stations as above and then we throw in at other stations heel drops, side leg lifts, marching in place, back leg lifts, squats any variety that they are willing to do. I play some music in the background and I time them at each stations, it is 45 seconds. We go for at least a hour then take a sit break and drink some water and discuss how they felt the class went.
